The Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes, to showcase VeroniTech's products, and to allow prospective customers, partners, and investors to get in touch with us. The Website does not provide, deliver, or operate the Veronica device or task management software described on it.

If you become a customer of VeroniTech, your use of the Veronica device and/or task management software will be governed by a separate service agreement entered into directly between you and VeroniTech, and not by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Revised' date, and will be effective as soon as it is posted. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Any actual purchase or provision of our products or services is subject to a separate written agreement with VeroniTech.
